Leapster Explorer at Walmart for $49 (after coupon)

Leapster Explorer is on Rollback in this week's Walmart ad for $59 (was $69.97).  There's a $10 off coupon on the back of some specially marked Cheerios boxes.   You could try to get a price match at Target.  There is a $10 Target coupon out there too (came in a home mailer), so if the Cheerios coupon did not contain restricting language, you could end up with a really good deal by price matching and using both coupons at Target.
