Thanks for your comment on my Panda Express post. When I called the customer service and told them what was going on and mentioned the lack of trying to help the customer in front of me she said she was sending a note to the district manager and sending me some coupons. Coupons are nice but I was definitely calling because if they want to require the whole receipt to use the coupon they should print it.
My husband works with customers so he isn't nearly as tolerate as I am sometimes. One time we got McDonald's, and I ordered Cheeseburgers we got home sat down to eat and mine had NO MEAT!
