Need contacts? Walmart to launch Equate brand contacts in February!

Walmart announced today in a press release that it will be launching it's own private brand in February.  So be looking for Equate contact lenses in stores and online sometime next month.

The press release did not give a price structure for Equate contact lenses, but I would assume it would have to be cheaper than the name brands it already offers at its vision centers.

In addition, you can now order contacts online at http://www.walmartcontacts.com/  or SamsClubcontacts.com or call to order 1-800-741-LENS.

They also have a little bit of a roll back on some popular brands.  So be sure to check prices online to see if your brand is a bit cheaper or not.
 

What do you think about this?  Would you hesitate to try their brand of contact lenses?  I would hope they'd have a money back, satisfaction guarantee on their product just in case they don't fit like name brands.
