If you are not satisfied, you send in your name, address, cash register receipt and why you weren't happy with their product to receive a refund. I don't know about you, but I don't think I'd want to be the person who has to read all of the reasons why customers aren't happy with the Ultra Plush. Still, I hold great respect for companies willing to stand behind their products.
