Free biking activities in Washington, D.C.

While researching for this article about bike tours available during the National Cherry Blossom Festival 2009, I came upon information about ranger led bicycle tours during the Cherry Blossom Festivals which are free. Ranger led bicycle tours in Washington, D.C. are not only just during the festival, but run from March - November. You have to bring your own bike, helmet, water and snacks, but the tour itself is free.
