Free Halloween themed pancakes at IHOP on Friday, Oct. 28

Friday, October 28th at IHOP, kids 12 and under get can scary pancakes for free (no purchase necessary).
m. - 10 p.m., for our free Count Spatula Scary Face Pancake Giveaway.  The Count Spatula scary face pancakes will be available between 7 AM and 10 PM Friday only, just in time to kick off an extended Halloween weekend.
