I know... I know... I don't even drink coffee and here I am sharing a coffee deal with you all!  Starbucks is having their 12 Days of Gifting from now until the 12th.  I've peeked on their gifting tree to see what what coming up and found a few deals that you might be interested if you have a coffee lover to buy for this year or need an affordable present for a friend or co-worker for Secret Santa.

I have found they run a little snug (by design) if you buy the size that is your child's age.  I always get the next size up to allow for growth.

Amazon's Oral B special offer: high value rebate on select electric toothbrushes

This deal may be one of those items on your Christmas list!  Oral B and Amazon have teamed up for a sweet rebate deal of half off the purchase price on select Oral B electric toothbrushes.  You can see the rebate form here. The 50% back rebate is good for up to $80.

You'll need the UPC, so bear this in mind if you're planning to give this as a gift to someone who might mind a missing UPC symbol.  Electric toothbrushes are always a hot seller at Christmas time and make good gifts for family.

Walgreens Back-to-School Supplies Sneak Peek (July 24 ad)

Walgreens has their sneak peek for the July 24 ad up and running, and here's a few back-to-school items that pop out to me that are good deals.

• Crayola colored pencils - 99 cents for a 12 pack box
• 19 cents for mini/memo composition book - limit 3; need coupon from flyer
• 39 cents for black Sharpie - limit 3; 39 cents for domed pencil sharpener - limit 3; need coupon from flyer (both items on same coupon)

Staples 7/17 ad sneak peek: $1 deals and cheap photo paper

 Next week's Staples ad doesn't have any penny or quarter deals, but instead features tons of $1 items at that price the whole week.  Some highlights include:

• EnduraGlide low odor dry erase markers
• Avery 1" black and blue binders
• Rose Art Washable Markers
• Bic Retractable Highlighters
• Staples 4 pack glue sticks

and more.  There's also Hammermill copy paper on sale for $1 if you're just wanting to pick up a pack.  The deal last week was so much better at .25 each after Easy Rebates. 

Staples also has their 4x6 Photo Plus paper on sale for $9.99 with a $9.49 (total cost .50) Easy Rebate.  Photo paper is great to have around the house, particularly if your child has lots of school projects to do since you can print photos out and attach them to poster boards for illustrative purposes. 

Back packs are also 50% back in Staples Rewards, but last year they did have a week where they did full reward.  There's no guarantee that they'll do that again this year, and as time wore on, the back-to-school deals were less spectacular last year too.

New to me: BoGo coupon for t-shirt at Old Navy on Cocoa Pebbles boxes

Do your kids love Cocoa Pebbles?  I bought a box today since I'm hosting some gluten free kids and they're a safe cereal choice for the kids.  On the box was a BoGo coupon for a free t-shirt at Old Navy, value of up to $7.50.  If you like Cocoa Pebbles, this could be a great way to get some t-shirts on the cheap for next school year.

Does Dad want a Kindle for Father's Day?  Best Buy has the Kindle Wi-Fi With Special Offers for $114.99, which is in line with the Amazon.com price for the same product.  However, buying Dad his Kindle With Special Offers at Best Buy this week will net you a $15 Best Buy gift card at check out, making the price feel more like $100.

If you don't want to saddle Dad with ads or special offers, the regular Wi-Fi version is still $139.99 and the 3G+Wi-fi Kindle is $189.99.

Kobo e-Reader for $99.99 or less at Walmart.com and BestBuy.com!

Kobo has dropped their price at two e-tailers to under a hundred bucks! This was posted on their site today and all I can say is wowza. 

At Walmart.com, the price is $99.98 (down from $125).  Here's a link to Kobo there.  Ship it to the store for free!

At BestBuy.com, the price is $99.99 (down from $129.99).  Here's a link to Kobo there.  Kobo at this price is showing available at local stores, so you may be able to grab one at a brick and mortar.


Under $100 is going to be very attractive to many and I hope it puts pressure on other e-Readers to drop their prices as well.  It's a great time to lower prices... just in time for summer reading.

Food Lion: Good Deal on Huggies Pull-ups ($5.99 after coupon and sale)

Food Lion has a 3 day sale that starts this Friday at 8 AM.  Huggies Pull-ups are going on sale for $7.99 per pack.  If you go to the Huggies Pull-Ups site, you can print one (1) coupon good for $2 off a Pull-Ups Jumbo or larger.  There is a one coupon per month rule there, so if you haven't already printed it, you can make a good sale even better with that $2 coupon.

$15 pre-paid Visa Gift Card Ink Deal at Office Depot

Need ink?  Even if you don't immediately, the Office Depot ink deal where you get a $15 pre-paid Visa Gift Card might be worth taking advantage of this week.  From now until 2/7, if you spend $59 on ink (excluding their brand of ink), you can get a $15 pre-paid Visa.  This offer is by mail, so the onus will be on you to send away for this.  Frankly, I don't know why they can't just auto-send it since they're keeping track of ink rewards anyway.  Still, it's nice to get a reward you don't have to spend there.  The pre-paid Visa should be good anywhere.  This deal is online only, according to their website.  There's a .pdf to print out which contains some ambiguous language so be sure to verify whether or not store purchases count toward this offer. 

One thing I would caution you about is that the pre-paid card will come with an expiration date.  The rebate does not specify when the card would expire.  I've done similar offers from other companies and had quickly expiring cards.  Be sure to note the expiration date when the card arrives.

GameStop Trade-In offers for this week: Get $100 trade-in value for your DSiXL

My Target was 75% off Christmas (Fredericksburg, VA)

I stopped into the Target in the Massaponnax area and found Christmas and pink dot $1 spot items at 75%.  Some nice goodies I picked up were some Hello Kitty pencils for .25 a pack and some Disney Princess pens for .25 a pack also.  My daughter tried to talk me into the small Slinkies, but that is just a heartbreak waiting to happen.  There's no way those Slinkies would last more than five minutes.

As for Christmas clearance, they were pretty well wiped out except for lots and lots of bulbs and ornaments.  I found a Jingles cookies box for .74 and let my daughter talk me into some candy canes for .62 each for the Spree kind.  She found a shirt on clearance too with Snowflakes on it for under $3.

Over by the packing supplies, they had holiday themed bubble wrap for 75% off, something that eBay sellers might want to check out!  They also had some Christmas themed packing tape for 75% off, making it a buck.

Cyber Monday deal at Staples: Libre e-Reader for $89.99

If you are looking for a no-frills, standard e-reader, then check out Staples' Cyber Monday sale.  They have an Aluratek Libre eBook reader for $89.99.  This is normally closer to $120 bucks.  Sears had this same one on sale for this same price on Black Friday.  It ships free either to you or to a store near you.

Staples also has a Kodak Mini Camera in red for $49.99 (online only).  You can get it in gray at Amazon for $49.  The red one is currently $75 at Amazon.

They also have a GR50V 50" George Foreman grill for $29.99, regular price $69.99.
